This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased from Parth Farms. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before the order is shipped: Full refund will be provided.
- After the order is shipped but before delivery: Cancellation may be subject to shipping and handling charges.
- After delivery: Please refer to our Return Policy below.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team through email, phone, or the cancellation option in your account.
2.2 Cancellation by Parth Farms
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Unavailability of the product
- Error in pricing or product description
- Failure of payment authorization
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy products, etc.
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Products that have been used or consumed
- Customized or personalized products
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
3.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable
- If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product
- Return the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund:
- If approved: Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- If declined: You will be notified of the reason, and the product will be sent back to you.

- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or store credit
4.3 Partial Refunds

- Product showing signs of use or wear beyond inspection
- Product returned after the return period but within a reasonable timeframe
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email and return the original item to the address provided.
